Join us Tuesday August 18th, 5:30pm-7:00pm and learn how to turn fresh garden herbs into a vibrant homemade pesto, then build and grill your own delicious panini using seasonal vegetables and local ingredients. Along the way, discover simple knife skills, flavor combinations, and creative ways to use garden-fresh produce at home.
Basic Home Food Preservation Workshop
Join us on Monday August 24th, 2026 5:30 – 6:30pm at Toledo GROWs, 900 Oneida St. Toledo OH 43608 for our food preservation workshop presented by Ohio State University Extension
This workshop gives an overview of home food preservation:
• Learn basic food safety principles
• Compare different ways to preserve food (freezing, drying, and canning)
• Know where to access current information for successful and safe home food preservation.

Coming Soon: Harvest Dinner Series
Seats are coming up for this year’s Harvest Dinners! The time of year where we partner with local chefs and restaurants to host intimate farm-to-table meals featuring produce from Toledo GROWs. The four-course meal is $100 per person, and each venue offers vegan and vegetarian options.
